- KCA has created this course to ensure we continue to support and assist our coaches in line with our ethos of #LeaveNoOneBehind.
- The course is designed to help you, as a certified Kathryn Colas Academy Executive Menopause Coach, facilitate your own coaching sessions based on the Kathryn Colas Academy standard.
- It provides you with advice and guidance on the content of the Executive Menopause Coach course, ensuring consistency in your message, along with presentation skills and technology support.
- There is a Final Assessment requirement to receive your certificate as a confident Executive Menopause Coach, in the form of a short video presentation, allowing you to demonstrate your professionalism and competence in presenting to your future clients.
- You may use Zoom or a similar platform to pre-record your virtual presentation. So, having a good understanding of how to get the best from the technology you use, is a wise step to take.
- For the subject of your presentation, you may use any module from the content of the EMC course that you are now certified in. The course modules provide hints and tips on presenting subjects within the menopause coaching arena.
- We aim, through this course, to enable you as a Coach to feel confident and motivated to take your business forward in raising Menopause Awareness within the corporate and private sectors.
- The coaching element enables you to take organisations on a journey to awareness. It’s about listening to their needs and helping them find the solutions using our tools & expertise in this area. When we talk about Coaching for the individual it’s about helping the individual become more self-aware, resilient, and fostering their capabilities. In turn you are building their confidence, understanding, and self-acceptance skills. The most important skill in coaching is listening, deep listening and utilising the tools we provide to help your client move forward into action.
